GHP has supported facilities across Florida since the late 1980s - beginning with some of the earliest environmental investigations and building assessments following new national regulations around asbestos and indoor environmental quality.

Elan’s previous experience from Cube3 as national design director, HOK in Hong Kong, where he was an Associate, and Stantec in Miami where he was an Associate Principal provides him with a great depth of technical experience and design knowledge. As our Director, Elan oversees our design standards, maintains, creates, and implements best practices in our industry, and ensures that the work we do continues to meet only the highest standards from a true design and technical standpoint. Elan’s 22 years of experience has allowed him to do work ranging from Convention Centers, hospitality, healthcare, high-end private residential, multifamily residential, mixed use, master planning and Interior Design. He has helped firms win multiple global competitions against the most elite architects in the world. His work is located throughout the globe in Hong Kong, China, Korea, NYC, California, and Florida. Based in West Palm Beach, Elan works with a hyper-localized expertise and approach to South Florida, partnering with our employees to elevate our design and technical work in all phases of our design and construction process. Additionally, he provides mentorship designed to build and foster the next generation of designers, architects, and engineers at GHP.
Tammy has over 33 years of experience in construction project management, Interior Design, space planning and construction document preparation. As a Senior Project Manager with GHP, her experience has been focused on the healthcare market throughout Florida, overseeing the design and construction implementation of projects ranging from hospital imaging rooms and patient rooms, mental health and substance use disorder facilities, senior living and memory care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, medical office buildings, building infrastructure and full-scale renovations to architectural and interior finish upgrades.
Tammy’s LEED and WELL project management experience includes design charrettes, analysis of sustainability goals and feasibility, assembly of scorecards, project registration, and continuous coordination with design and construction teams throughout the whole project timeline. LEED and WELL documentation management and follow-through of the review process.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Dominique Arrieta, AIA, is a born builder.
An architect by trade, Dominique is ultimately an entrepreneur at heart and passionate about cultivating sustainable development in the structures, companies, and communities around her.
Forward-thinking and growth-minded, Dominique has reimagined GHP as a historic company with a pioneering spirit after assuming leadership as president and CEO in 2015. Infusing GHP’s more than 40-year-old legacy of client commitment, environmental expertise, and industry innovation with modern-day efficiencies, she led the initiative to transform Gobbell Hays Partners (GHP) into GHP, Inc., a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).
Growing GHP into a multimillion-dollar company, Dominique and her team continue to scale for success and mobilize the company down a strategic growth path. Her approach to leadership centers around active listening and learning—driven by a commitment to create positive impact on both the company and community levels.
A long-standing supporter of local arts and culture, Dominique remains active in the development of Nashville’s 5th Avenue of the Arts and invested in other civic and community-building initiatives.
Her passion for building follows her home to the Tennessee countryside where she and her husband, Jorge, custom-designed and built their “modern farmhouse”-style home. There, the two can be found reading, hiking, or building forts with their daughter, Frances, and son, Nikolas.
Scott brings more than 30 years of architectural and project management experience, with a focus on complex, multi-phase projects across healthcare, hospitality, higher education, and government facilities. Based in Florida, he plays a key role in delivering integrated solutions that align design, construction, and operational needs.
His background spans both design and construction leadership, allowing him to guide projects from early planning through implementation with a strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and real-world constraints. Scott has extensive experience managing active and occupied environments, coordinating stakeholders, and navigating regulatory requirements—ensuring projects move forward efficiently while minimizing disruption.
At GHP, Scott contributes to the firm’s integrated approach by helping clients connect planning, design, and execution. His ability to bridge architecture and construction brings clarity to complex challenges and supports successful outcomes across a wide range of project types.
